The bones are first soaked in water for two hours to wash away blood and impurities. Boil water in a pot, add large bones, skim off the foam, remove and set aside.

Three small spoons of sweet noodle sauce, two small spoons of soybean sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of braised soy sauce, and one spoon of oyster sauce.
