Eight-treasure Rice
Overview
The sticky glutinous glutinous rice tastes sweet. Every Spring Festival, I make a few and store them in the refrigerator. Adults and children like them. When eating, heat them up and add starch and rock sugar to boil the juice.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 3-4 hours. Add water to the soaked rice and steam it in a pot 3cm above the rice for 20 minutes.

Wash the jujubes, soak them until soft, and steam them (steamed with glutinous rice). After steaming, add honey, mix well, and let it sit for one night. The candied jujubes are ready.

Wash the lotus seeds and steam them with sugar.

Steamed glutinous rice and stir in sugar.

Take 4 large bowls with relatively flat bottoms, compact one layer of nuts and one layer of rice, invert them and pour the juice over them.
