Prepare the ingredients

Use a pressure cooker to boil water and cook the noodles

Stir it up with chopsticks, cover the pot with the lid open and boil, then turn off the power and set aside (use a voltage cooker to save trouble)

Add corn oil to the wok and add ginger slices

Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soft

Pour in boiling water and turn to high heat

Add fish balls and sprinkle with white pepper

Cover the pot, turn the pot back on and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes

Add salt, taste very fresh, and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Put into a bowl

Slice the hard-boiled eggs (you don’t need to hold the pot when cooking eggs in a rice cooker. Put the eggs in cold water. After boiling, turn off the power. Run cold water before cutting and remove the shells.)

Put the cooked noodles into a bowl, pour the fish ball and mushroom soup, top with the boiled eggs and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
