Materials are ready

Soak the vermicelli in cold water for a while (you don’t need to soak it for too long, just take it out when it becomes soft)

Pork belly cut into small cubes

Dice onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper

Heat oil in a pan, add diced pork belly and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the diced meat turns white and oil comes out. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili diced and stir-fry evenly

Then add bean paste

Then add dark soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry evenly

Pour 200ml water and bring to boil

Add soaked vermicelli

Stir constantly with chopsticks to allow the vermicelli to fully contact with the sauce

When the juice is almost reduced, add the chopped green onion and coriander
