Dongpo Pork
Overview
My eldest son ordered something early in the morning and insisted on eating Dongpo Pork. I told him that it was similar to braised pork. Even so, after thinking about it, I had never made Dongpo Pork, so why not give it a try!

Prepare pork belly, cut into cubes, clean and set aside.

Put the pork in cold water, add ginger, green onion and cooking wine. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes and take it out.

Check the surface of the skin, remove any remaining hair, and then wash it with warm water.

Place green onions and ginger in a casserole.

Place the meat skin side down in the pot.

Add dry mixed stock, sugar color, and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then adjust to medium heat and simmer.

Simmer for one hour, then add salt and abalone juice, simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes, and turn off the heat.

Place the meat on a plate and line the plate with green cabbage leaves.

Use a knife to cut the meat into quarters without cutting.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Pour the soup from the pot into the wok, add a little starch to make a thick sauce, pour it over the meat, and you're done!
