Shell the edamame beans.

Wash the eggplant and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pot, add edamame and stir-fry for a while, then add half a bowl of water and cook until cooked, then remove from the pot.

From the oil pan, add minced meat and stir-fry, add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add eggplant and edamame and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of tempeh and stir-fry.

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
