Stir-fried shredded pork with spring sprouts
Overview
The stir-fried meat with spring sprouts is fragrant even when you smell it, let alone eat it. It tastes delicious. I remember when I was a child, there was a big spring sprout tree next to my hometown. Every year, there were so many spring sprouts that they could not be eaten all before the leaves turned old. Think about it again, it’s not easy to eat spring buds now!
