To prepare the materials, I happened to have some sand pears at home and used them. The sand pears were relatively small, so I used 9. You can also use ya pears. 5 big ya pears are enough.

Peel and core the pears, soak and core the red dates, peel and cut the ginger into small pieces, and chop the rock sugar into small pieces.

Put the pears, red dates, ginger and appropriate amount of water into a blender and mash them together.

Try to break it as much as possible without any broken pieces. If the mixer is small, you can beat it in several batches. Don’t be lazy.

Then pour it into the pot, add rock sugar and Luo Han Guo, and simmer over low heat until the rock sugar melts.

After the rock sugar melts, filter out the residue and leave only the water.

Pour the water back into the pot and continue simmering until thickened.

In this state, you can turn off the heat, then add honey and mix well.
