Strawberries are always tempting. Apart from eating them directly, I always feel like they don’t have to do anything~ It’s easier to bake egg tarts with strawberries, hehe

Pour the light cream and milk into a milk pot and heat until it boils slightly. Turn off the heat, add the sugar, stir to melt and let cool;

Soak the strawberries in salt water for a while;

Then wash and cut into small pieces;

Add egg yolk and low-gluten flour to the cooled whipped cream mixture, stir evenly;

Then filter it to make it more fine, and the tart water is ready;

Place strawberries into the tart shell;

Add 8 minutes of tart water;

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, put the egg tarts in and bake for 25 minutes.

I also added some fresh strawberries on top~
