Braised Hairtail with Black Bean Sauce
Overview

Ingredients: Clean hairtail, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, sugar, cooking wine, black bean and other ingredients

Cut green onion into diagonal sections, shred ginger, crush garlic and set aside

Add scallions, ginger, peppercorns, and pepper to the clean hairtail and marinate for 30 minutes
