Chive, cheese and meat floss bread

Chive, cheese and meat floss bread

Overview

Chives not only add flavor to Chinese dishes, but also taste great when used as stuffing in bread. Savory bread seems to be more popular among families than sweet bread. The small shape of this bread also evolved from dumplings. After the dough is ready, roll it out thinly and use a biscuit mold to carve out small round pieces of dough. Use the method of making dumplings to wrap the chive, cheese and meat floss filling into it. In order to allow some of the water in the filling to evaporate and make the filling taste drier and more fragrant, leave an opening in the middle and arrange them one by one. It feels quite beautiful. The filling is made of cream cheese, minced chives and homemade meat floss, which is nutritious and tastes good.
