Braised pork with pickled vegetables
Overview
It was the first time I made braised pork with pickles and vegetables, and there were a few little red spots on my hands because of the oil. Please be careful when making it. It is best to wear long sleeves.

Pork belly.

Add cooking wine, star anise and ginger and cook over high heat.

The chopsticks can be pressed down to fish it out.

Drain the water and prick it with a toothpick to marinate.

Put in oil pan and fry.

Blow it up and take it out.

Cut into slices.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and chicken essence and marinate for ten minutes.

Arrange on plate.

Add pre-soaked prunes on top.

Pour in excess sauce.

Steam over high heat for ten minutes, then turn to low heat for twenty minutes.

Just lay a sister-in-law on top and pour it out.
