Overview
I have always wanted to make finger biscuits, so when I saw someone selling finger biscuits molds, I immediately bought two and tried something new.

Weigh out all ingredients.

Crack the eggs into the container and stir them open with chopsticks.

Add sunflower oil.

Mix well.

Add sugar.

Beat vigorously until smooth.

Sift in the flour.

Stir gently with a spatula.

Stir into dough.

Place in a piping bag.

Cut a small opening and squeeze into the mold.

Preheat the oven at 170° for 5 minutes, with upper and lower heat on the middle layer. About 20 minutes.

It tastes pretty good. Mainly I want to use it as a mousse.
