Soak the fungus in warm water (the soaking process takes about twenty minutes)

Wash the soaked fungus and set aside

Boil the fungus for three minutes

Prepare a bowl of cold white rice and add the cooked fungus

Chop the garlic into mince, mince the millet and green onions and set aside

Add light soy sauce, pepper oil, and chicken powder and mix thoroughly and set aside (there is no need to add salt because the salt flavor of light soy sauce is enough)

Drain the fungus, pour in the seasoning and mix well
