Fried Alkaline Rice Dumplings
Overview
The day before yesterday, a relative held a wedding event and brought some canned food, including two alkaline rice dumplings. The rice dumplings we use for weddings are alkaline rice dumplings. The so-called alkaline rice dumplings are rice dumplings made by mixing glutinous rice with alkali. The cooked rice dumplings are light yellow and tasteless. In the past, we ate them dipped in braised pork juice. I fried them and ate them yesterday morning. The fragrant glutinous rice was very chewy.
