For soft tofu, rinse with water and cut into pieces;

Chop the minced meat in advance; mince onions, ginger, garlic, and pickled peppers;

One spoon each of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, a little salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, add half a cup of water to make a sauce and set aside;

Heat oil in a pot, add minced pork and stir-fry over low heat;
