  1. Wash and cut the pork belly into pieces and set aside. Soak the yuba and set aside. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in hot water and set aside

  2. Boil two slices of ginger, two star anise, 3 small slices of bay leaves, four cloves of garlic, dried chili peppers, and soaked dried bamboo shoots over high heat for 3 minutes.

  3. Put oil in the pot, heat it and add star anise, bay leaves, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers to the pot.

  4. Add meat and stir-fry

  5. Heat the oil, add water, add sugar and fry until the sugar is hot
