Steps
-
Buy a package of tempeh and soak it in water or add cooking oil and steam it until soft.
-
Chop the ginger and garlic into fine pieces.
-
Use spiced peanuts or homemade fried peanuts, slightly crushed.
-
Chop the beef by hand and set aside, preferably mince a little.
-
Heat the pot and pour in rapeseed oil. Pour more oil. After the oil is hot, turn down the heat to medium-low, add the minced beef, and stir-fry until the water is dry.
-
Add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a few times.
-
Then add a spoonful of white wine, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of pepper noodles, a spoonful of thirteen spices, and a pack of soaked black beans and stir-fry until fragrant. (Because tempeh is very salty, there is no need to add more salt)
-
Add three spoons of fried white sesame seeds, and then pour in half a bowl of homemade dried chili noodles. It is best to stir the chili noodles a little thicker so that they taste more fragrant.
-
Then add half a bowl of water and simmer slowly over low heat.
-
During the cooking process, stir continuously with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pot until the water is boiled dry.
-
When the water dries up, add the chopped peanuts. Stir well and add one spoonful of chicken essence and one spoonful of MSG.
-
Mix well again and turn off the heat.
-
Finally, pour into a bowl and let cool, then store in a clean glass bottle. (I filled two large bottles)
