Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the soybeans in advance
-
Cut the pork belly, turn it over, and trim off the fat on it! I cut off the fat and pressed it
-
After processing the fat, turn it back to the slippery side, add salt and knead for a while, then add flour and continue kneading! When it’s almost done, wash it off with warm water
-
Add salt and continue rubbing for a while, then rinse thoroughly
-
Boil the water in the pot, add the cleaned pork belly, and add some cooking wine
-
When the water boils again, you can take out the pork belly. While it is hot, tear off the yellow color on the pork belly and the white layer on the small intestine! Rinse clean
-
Cut the pork belly into strips, put it in the soup pot, add water, soybeans, and ginger! Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half!

It’s cooked
