Wash the Longli fish fillet after thawing, cut into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, black pepper, and starch, stir evenly, and marinate for a while.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them with a cross knife, blanch them in boiling water, peel and dice them.

Cut the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash them, blanch them in water for about 2 minutes and take them out.

Boil the water in the pot, add the Longli fish and blanch it.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, add shredded onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in diced tomatoes and golden mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add the blanched fish pieces, salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes.
