Asparagus Braised Chicken Slices

Half of the chicken breast, rinsed and sliced, green onions cut into sections;

Add salt, cooking wine, pea starch, MSG, pepper and water to the chicken slices, mix well.

Cut off the old stems of asparagus.

Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat, add the chicken pieces separately, break them up with chopsticks, cook until they float and take them out;

Put a little salt and oil in the water, add the washed asparagus, and cook for about a minute;

Remove the asparagus, cool, and place on a serving platter.

Heat the oil, sauté the green onions until fragrant;

Add a little water and oyster sauce;

Pour in chicken slices and asparagus;

Stir-fry over high heat and remove from the pan. Sprinkle a little crispy dried sea pepper rings on top.
