Sauerkraut and shredded pork noodles
Overview
Suddenly I missed the pickled cabbage and shredded pork noodles in my hometown. When I was in a foreign country, I had to make everything myself. Fortunately, I happened to have sauerkraut at home.

Cut the onions, ginger, and garlic into sections, wash the sauerkraut several times with water to remove part of the salt, cut the meat into shreds, mix well with light soy sauce and a little starch, and marinate for a while

Heat the pan and add oil. Add Sichuan peppercorn oil and Sichuan peppercorn oil to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry, set aside a portion

Add sauerkraut and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of chicken stock or water to boil, cook for 2 minutes, add light soy sauce, salt, chicken powder and pepper to taste

Cook the noodles in the pot and drain them to remove the moisture

Put the cooked noodles into a container, add pickled cabbage soup, add shredded pork and serve
