Prepare ingredients: whole wheat flour, high-gluten flour, black beans, yeast, salt, barley.

Pour black beans and barley into the grinding cup of the grinder.

Beat into foam.

Mix the various ingredients into a bread pan and knead into a smooth dough.

Roll the dough into a bowl and put it into a basin for the first fermentation.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Take the dough out to deflate.

Fold up, down, left and right (do this twice).

Roll the dough into a round shape.

Wrap the dough with baking paper, put it in a basin, and cover it for the second fermentation.

Let rise until doubled in size and transfer the dough to a baking sheet.

Use a knife to cut the buns on the bread base (cut the buns according to your preference). Preheat the oven to 250°C.

Cover the bread dough with a stainless steel pot and bake at 250°C for 20 minutes. Then, remove the steel basin and bake at 220°C for another 20 minutes (personal oven temperatures vary, the temperatures I give are for reference only).
