Card cookies
Overview
The card cookies I made today were made in imitation. There is no small heart-shaped cookie cutter. The one I used is a little larger, so it doesn’t fit together well, but it’s still pretty cute~

Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a bowl

Heat it in the microwave until it melts into a liquid state

Add beaten eggs to butter

Add milk and mix well

Then add milk powder, cake flour and sugar powder and mix well

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands

Divide the dough into 2 small portions, add a small spoonful of cocoa powder to one of them, and knead into a smooth dough

Roll out into two thin sheets

Use a cookie cutter to cut out the shape on the original dough, and use a small cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape in the middle

Directly press out a heart shape on the brown dough, take it out, and set it on the original color leather

Use the tip of a decorating tip to press out small holes on the pressed biscuits

After everything is done, put it on the baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, middle rack, for about 12 minutes
