Add just the right amount of salt to the flour!

Add appropriate amount of thirteen spices and stir evenly.

Add two eggs and mix well!

Heat the oil until it smokes. When it cools down and is not too hot, use chopsticks to stir and add it to the flour!

Add sesame seeds and knead into a ball! (If the dough is too dry, add an appropriate amount of water. The dough should not be too soft)

Knead the dough and let it rest for ten minutes.

Roll it into a 3mm thick slice and fold it in half!

Cut into shape as shown.

Turn one end over from the middle opening to form the shape as shown!

Put more oil in the pot and heat it up (put wooden chopsticks into it to make it foam) and you can fry the sesame leaves. Take them out as soon as they turn yellow. The fire must not be too high, as they may over-fry and become burnt.)
