Debone the chicken legs and cut them into pieces, soak the mushrooms, pick and wash them, cut the onions into sections, shred the ginger, slice the garlic, prepare the star anise and small peppers

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry when the oil is hot.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, chili pepper and stir-fry

Add mushrooms and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, sugar

Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until a small amount of soup is reduced, then add an appropriate amount of salt
