Taiyaki with red bean paste
Overview
I have had the Taiyaki mold for a few months, but I haven’t used it until now. I searched for some recipes on the Internet and they were similar. I improved it myself. My girl still liked the fried Taiyaki. After taking the photo, she ate all the tails of the fish. My brother came back and said it was a fish without a tail. This recipe can make 6 Taiyaki. I doubled the amount and adjusted it according to my needs!

-
Add milk and beat evenly.
-
Add olive oil.
-
Beat evenly into a fine batter.
-
Pour into a measuring cup and let sit for 30 minutes.
-
Heat the sea bream pot on low heat on both sides, then wipe it with a Tianxi rose paper towel dipped in oil.
-
First pour an appropriate amount of batter and top with bean paste filling.
-
Then fill the taiyaki mold with batter, and be sure to cover it with the bean paste filling.
-
Fry both sides over low heat. Heat one side over low heat for about 30 seconds and then turn over. Be sure to move the Taiyaki mold left and right frequently so that the fried Taiyaki will be evenly cooked. Turn over again to check the coloring of the Taiyaki. This is because the heat for frying is too high for the first time. Continue to heat both sides until both sides are golden brown and cooked.
-
Take it out and let it cool, use Tianxi rose paper towels to absorb the oil, place it on a plate and enjoy!
