Garlic Bitter Melon
Overview
Bitter melon is rich in B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, iron, etc. Regular consumption has the auxiliary effects of lowering blood sugar, clearing the mind and improving eyesight, and replenishing qi and strengthening yang. Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the flesh and seeds, wash and slice.
