Egg yolk and sesame biscuits as complementary food for 10 months and above
Overview
This biscuit is crispy and delicious, and it does not contain egg white, so babies with egg white allergies can also eat it. Because it is all made of egg yolk, it tastes very good and very fragrant. It will taste better if you add sesame seeds. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have sesame seeds. What I made with a small red pot can also be made with a pan. It needs to be turned on and off to slowly bake it, or it can be made in an oven for more convenience. Be sure to do it in proportion, otherwise it will easily fail and not take shape.

Ingredients
Steps
-
These are the ingredients. The sesame seeds must be fried until they are fragrant.
-
Three egg yolks. If you are allergic to egg whites, be sure to separate the egg whites.
-
Mix 60g of low-gluten flour, about 10g of corn flour, 10g of vegetable oil, and 5g of sesame seeds.
-
Wrap in cling film and let rest for fifteen minutes.
-
Take out the dough and roll it into balls one by one, or you can also make it into long strips.
-
Preheat a small hot pot, put it in the machine, cover it and bake for 20-30 minutes, until it becomes hard and crispy.
-
When done, pinch it yourself. If it is a normal pan, heat it up, then turn off the heat, put the ball in, cover the lid and bake for ten minutes. Then continue to turn on the heat for half a minute, then turn off the heat and repeat until the biscuits are cooked. If you use the oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
