Clay Pot with Angelica, Red Dates and Chicken Feet
Overview
In late autumn and early winter, you can use some more tonic ingredients to make medicinal meals. However, I don’t want to add too much Angelica sinensis because of my heat. Two or three slices are enough for a little flavor.

Steps
-
Wash the red dates and wolfberry seeds, cut the red dates in half and remove the cores, add 3 slices of angelica root, soak the above ingredients in water for several hours;
-
Chicken feet are used to remove nails;
-
Blanch the chicken feet;
-
Pour all the soaked medicinal materials into the casserole. If there is not enough water, add clean water to a depth of about 3/4 of the pot. Add 3 slices of ginger, turn on a relatively slow fire, cover the pot, and cook slowly until all the medicinal materials are out of flavor;
-
Add the chicken feet and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. When the chicken feet turn yellow after absorbing the juice, add an appropriate amount of salt to season.
