Steam the steamed buns, leaving two pieces of dough the size of steamed buns, ready to make pan-fried buns. Divide into equal-sized portions and set aside.

Make pan-fried buns into raw embryos.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the fried buns.

After frying one side of the buns, add hot water, cover and continue frying for about 10 minutes, until all the water is fried and only oil remains.

Uncover and flip the pan-fried buns over.

Fry the other side until slightly brown.
