The duck meat is clean.

Chop larger pieces.

Peel the white radish and cut it into cubes. I just have some left today and can't waste it, so I'll make do with it.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the duck pieces skin side down first.

Flip and fry again, add ginger cubes and fry together.

Add radish and stir-fry together.

Add appropriate amount of water, salt, chicken essence and pepper, cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes.

Transfer to the clay pot and continue cooking until the duck meat is cooked and glutinous, adjust the flavor and drizzle with sesame oil.
