Overview

  8. Pour the fried vegetables on the surface of the rice, and then add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water is very important. Too much rice will make it soft, and too little rice will make it raw. My personal experience is that the amount of water in this rice should be slightly equal to the dish, or a little less is just right

  9. After finishing, turn on the cooking function of the stove.

  10. While waiting for the rice to cook, first trim off the old root part of the asparagus, and then dice it

  11. Use oyster sauce and a little salt and stir-fry for half a minute to let the asparagus get the flavor

  12. When there are 2 minutes left in the cooking time, open the rice cooker, pour the asparagus onto the surface, and continue to cook

  13. After simmering, you can open the pot and stir evenly. I flipped the bottom up a little, and you can see a layer of burnt crispy rice. This layer of crispy rice is super delicious. It has a burnt aroma but is not very hard, and the bottom of the pot will not stick. This design is really great. I have never had such a texture with other pots. Like it!
