Fried taro balls
Overview
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, my mother asked my brother to bring me a bag of home-grown taro and gave some to my neighbors. I still have a lot left, so let’s eat it in a different way😊 This taro ball is loved by children and the elderly. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and full of taro flavor. The main reason is that it’s so simple to make. Let’s make it together😊
