Wash all materials. Break the green pepper into small pieces; flatten and chop the garlic; cut the green onions diagonally into slices; cut the onions, fungus, and carrots into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Sauce: Mix three tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper, beef powder, sugar and 100ml of water and stir well.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil over high heat, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add all the ingredients, stir-fry for a while, add the tofu cubes, stir-fry a few times, add the sauce, stir-fry until the sauce is dry and then remove from the pot.
