Rice cake

Rice cake

Overview

I remember eating rice cakes once more than 20 years ago. It was made by a classmate’s mother. I thought rice cakes were delicious at that time, but my mother didn’t know how to make them, so I haven’t eaten rice cakes in so many years. I made it once a few days ago but failed. This time I succeeded and gave it to my mother. She also liked it. It has a slightly sweet and soft texture and is easier to digest. When you want to eat it in the future, you can make it yourself.

  11. Stir the fermented rice paste with chopsticks, then pour it into a small bowl. It should be about 70-80% full. After the water boils, steam it for 20 minutes. Let it cool before eating it (you can sprinkle some black sesame seeds in the bowl).
