Nourishing and nourishing soup
Overview
Dried abalone, fish maw, and scallops are all nutritious seafood. I happen to have some in stock at home, so I will add red dates and lean meat to make a nourishing soup! This soup can fight fatigue, improve human immunity and promote intellectual development. More importantly, it is full of collagen, which greatly increases the beauty effect after consumption. It is also full of umami and delicious!

Steps
-
Small dried abalone and dried fish maw should be soaked in purified water two days in advance. Use two sealed containers to hold dried fish maw and dried abalone. Pour in purified water, cover and place in the refrigerator to soak for two days. Remember to change the purified water several times during the process to prevent the water quality from deteriorating. After soaking, take out and wash the fish maw and cut it into small pieces. Wash the lean meat and cut it into small pieces, peel and slice the ginger, soak the scallops in pure water for 15 minutes and then wash them.
-
Boil the lean meat, remove, wash and set aside.
-
Prepare the ingredients and wash the red dates. I did not remove the pits because the red dates pits have a heart-tonifying and calming effect, but if you are afraid of the heat, you can remove the pits and use them again.
-
Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and add four bowls of purified water.
-
Cover the pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Please follow the instructions of the pressure cooker for specific operations. Do not open the lid in a hurry to cause danger.
-
After 20 minutes, when the air pressure in the pressure cooker drops to normal levels, you can open the lid, simmer over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, and then add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
-
This soup has scallops and is already very flavorful, so there is no need to add seasonings such as MSG.
