Stir-fried ice vegetables with olives

Wash the iced vegetables.

Finely mince garlic.

Olive vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant. (Because olives are very oily, you don’t need to add more oil.)

Add the olives and sauté.

Pour in the ice vegetables and stir-fry over high heat.

When it becomes slightly soft, add salt and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the ice vegetables are soft. (As soon as the color turns green, don’t fry for too long, otherwise it will affect the crispness)

Very crispy iced vegetables.
