Two-color yogurt biscuits
Overview
Yogurt is used in this cookie, and a flower mouth is used when shaping it. It looks like an extruded cookie, but the texture is different from the cookies we usually eat because the amount of fat is smaller and it is relatively hard, but it is also delicious. I added cocoa powder to part of the batter to squeeze out two colors and it looked nice too. Ingredients: 50g unsalted butter, 40g plain yogurt, 50g milk powder, 10g cake flour, 60g cocoa powder, one teaspoon. Method:

-
Cut the cream into small pieces and soften, add powdered sugar, beat with an electric mixer until fluffy, add milk powder and yogurt (add milk powder here, the paste will not easily separate from water and oil)
-
After beating into a smooth creamy paste, sift in the flour.
-
Mix well.
-
Take about half of the paste and put it into a piping bag, keeping it on one side.
-
Add cocoa powder to the remaining batter, mix it briefly, and put it into a piping bag, placing it on the other side.
-
After filling the batter, you can see that half is colored and half is colorless. I use a medium asshole mouth.
-
Pour into a baking pan and line with parchment paper.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, put the biscuits on it, bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, cover with tin foil after baking for a few minutes. Allow the cookies to simmer in the oven for a few minutes after turning off the power.
