Overview
Broccoli is also known as green cauliflower, broccoli, broccoli, and green cauliflower. Broccoli is a variant of the Brassica species in the Brassicaceae family and uses green flower bulbs as its product. It is native to Italy along the Mediterranean coast of Europe and was introduced to China at the end of the 19th century. Research shows that broccoli may help prevent arthritis. The sulforaphane contained in broccoli can relieve damage to joint cartilage.
