Lemon steamed pangasius
Overview
Basa fish fillet is rich in protein and easy to eat. It is one of my favorite fish fillets.

Wash the basa fish fillets, cut them into pieces and marinate them with a little salt for a few minutes before rinsing them.

Drain the water with kitchen paper, then add a little bit of sugar and spread evenly and squeeze in lemon juice.

Crush the salty lemon and put it on top (you can take or leave the lemon peel, as you like)

After the water boils, steam over high heat for about 6 minutes. Open the lid and pour in soy sauce and a small amount of sesame oil for the steamed fish. Garnish with chili peppers and chopped green onions.
