Overview
This Northeastern random stew is a dish that I benefited from working and living in Inner Mongolia for two months. This dish is served in the cafeteria almost every day. It makes me sick to my stomach when I see potatoes and beans. After returning home, I often think of Hulunbuir’s blue sky, white clouds and Northeastern stew.
