Soak the kelp buds in warm water and wash them.

Dice the tomatoes.

Ginger, green onion, millet pepper.

Set aside appropriate amount of water starch.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and add the soaked kelp sprouts.

Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Beat 2 eggs lightly.

Pour into the pot in a circular motion and cook until the egg drops float and turn off the heat.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper, onion, ginger, millet pepper, and sesame oil.
