Blue crab is a must-have final dish for festivals along the coast of Zhejiang. Of course, there are many ways to cook blue crab. This Mid-Autumn Festival, I made this reunion crab and got a good response. It is paired with fresh meat glutinous rice balls, which means reunion!

  1. Prepare materials

  2. Use chopsticks to insert a fork into the side of the blue crab's two clear eyes, and it will be down in five minutes!
