Celery, green pepper and pineapple juice
Overview
Celery, green pepper, and pineapple, three seemingly unrelated ingredients, are very nutritious when juiced together. The rich vitamins and trace elements can enhance physical strength and relieve fatigue; the capsaicin contained in green peppers can also increase appetite, help digestion, and prevent constipation. As for the taste, it's great - the pineapple is sweet and juicy, which balances out the raw flavor of the celery and green pepper. You don't even need to add honey. You can drink the whole cup in one bite! Adding lemon juice not only enhances the flavor, but also prevents the juice from oxidizing, so squeeze the lemon first before squeezing the other ingredients.
