It is best to tear the cabbage by hand, so that the shape and taste will be good.

Cut the beef into small pieces, add water and take it out.

When the pot is hot, fry the beef first. After the beef is cooked, add red and green chili peppers, almost dried chili peppers or chili powder. In short, it should be spicy. Then pour in the cabbage and add a little light soy sauce. I also added more Korean chili sauce just because it wasn't spicy enough. In addition, Korean chili sauce is a little sweet, which can bring another taste.

Turn to low heat. High heat will make the pan dry. The cabbage leaves are not easy to cook. Use low heat to simmer slowly and let it cook slowly. When it feels almost ready, add the onions chopped earlier and a little salt. I added Korean hot sauce, so I didn’t add a lot of salt. I usually recommend eating less salt, but everyone should consider it according to their personal taste.
