Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, select the "Kneading" program, and mix until the dough is smooth,

Add butter and continue kneading until a thin film can be pulled out. Ferment for 1 hour.

After fermentation is completed, take out the dough, release large air bubbles, roll into a ball and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the rested dough

Turn over and spread the coconut filling on the dough, leaving 1/3 of the bottom edge unsmeared

Fold the dough without filling upward to cover the coconut filling

Then fold the top 1/3 over, roll out the dough, wrap it well, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Divide the frozen dough into 3 equal portions

Flatten the dough with the cut side facing up and braid it into 3 strands.

Connect the two ends of the dough and arrange the shape.

Place in bread pan. Carry out secondary fermentation until the dough is no longer elastic and has a slight tension when pressed lightly with your hands.

Select the "Bake" program and set the time to 45 minutes. After baking, take out the bread and let it cool.
