Boiled radish with wild cooked mushroom powder
Overview
Wild mushroom cooked mushroom powder is a new type of condiment developed in Yunnan in recent years. It is made from a variety of wild mushrooms such as porcini mushrooms, milk pulp mushrooms, and white ginseng mushrooms from Yunnan. When used in any dish, the dish will be rich in fragrance and full of fungus flavor. It can be used for barbecue, stir-fry, soup, hot pot, etc. I used it to cook radish soup today, but it tasted more fragrant than the pork ribs. White radish can promote digestion and strengthen the spleen and qi.
