Spring bamboo shoots, a product of nature’s spring. Add the fried bean skin and mix it to make it fresh, crispy and tender. It can be enjoyed with wine and rice.

Prepare the required ingredients, peel off the outer skin of the bamboo shoots, and remove the old skin from the bottom.

Cut the bamboo shoots into thin strips or thin slices.

Cut the bean skin into thin strips.

Cut green and red pepper into thin strips.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and oil, add shredded bamboo shoots and cook for three minutes, remove and cool to dry.

Add a spoonful of June fresh lightly salted matsutake soy sauce to the bowl.

Mix two spoons of Vidami glutinous rice vinegar, one spoon of minced garlic, one spoon of sugar, and one spoon of spicy oil.
