It’s my lunch again, and I deliberately add very little salt, so that this dish can be used as both a meal and a dish. Beauty and weight loss.

Peel the loofah and cut into long strips, soak briefly in light salt water.

Heat oil in a pot, add dry red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add loofah strips and stir-fry.

Add braised soybeans.

Add salt and stir-fry until combined, add chicken essence to taste and serve.
